Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation of the event
The event will take place in any case – regardless of the number of participants. However, if you are unable to attend, please send us a written cancellation, for example by e-mail. The date on which we receive your cancellation will be used to calculate the cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation fees
If you cancel, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before the start of the event: 0 or 10 % of the participation fee
- 30 to 15 days before the start of the event: 30 % of the participation fee
- 14 to 10 days before the start of the event: 50 % of the participation fee
- Less than 9 days before the start of the event or in case of no-show: 100 % of the participation fee
3. Exception in case of force majeure
If you are unable to attend for reasons of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, illness with medical certificate, official order), please contact us. In such cases, we will consider an accommodating solution – however, a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
Data processing
I consent to the processing of my data by GEN-Suisse for the purpose of using the information in connection with GEN-Suisse events. By submitting the form, the data will be saved in a Google Sheet and then stored manually in Excel lists at Infomaniak. For communication before and after the event, the e-mail address and name are stored at Mail-Chimp.
